Last quarter 2004 the Tula centre ММЦ has investigated mass media city of Tula. The initiative of realization of the given research belongs НП "НТО-ИнфоКом". The project was developed in view of a local situation in the market of MASS-MEDIA, which the main feature - practically full absence detailed and a trustworthy information under the basic characteristics and parameters of development of the Tula weights - медиа. Further researches will be carried out(spent) regularly within all year with formation of semi-annual reports by each kind of MASS-MEDIA.
The basic purpose of the research project - studying of the Tula market of mass media for representation of the high-grade, authentic and accessible information by all kinds of MASS-MEDIA.
The method of interview is applied to data gathering such as "face-to-face". City dwellers of Tula in the age of from 10 till 70 years are interrogated. For research адресно-routing sample is used. In the first "trial" wave of research sample has made 300 person. Further the number of respondents will be increased up to 800.
Research includes studying the following kinds of MASS-MEDIA: press; radio; TV (with 2005г. the section on the Internet is added). For reports the special analysis of ratings of MASS-MEDIA on thematic, genre, musical preferences of an audience was carried out(spent). For each of leaders of ratings of printed and electronic MASS-MEDIA the analysis on the basic social - demographic parameters of an audience is made. The information under the attitude(relation) of respondents to advertising for each kind of MASS-MEDIA also is submitted.
