Presentation – is a special organized marketing event targeted to attract potential business partners and clients as well as mass media in order to introduce them to a product or a company newly emerged in a market.
Presentation includes:
- The official part dedicated to introduce a company or a group of companies
- The formal negotiations with invited Russian companies
- The informal socializing during the buffet
Main advantages of a Presentation
- Chance to announce the product and cover the event in mass media
- Large audience
- When at a presentation a Customer company introduces its product and related information about the company to from 50 up to 150 potential partners simultaneously
- The informal part of the presentation – the buffet – allows the Customer to discuss collaboration with the interested companies in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Technology. The procedure assignments:
- Target audience presence confirmation (as rule confirming presence of potential business partners)
A database of potential partners is prepared (about 500-1000 companies) and then telemarketing is performed when special application forms are being filled in order to acquire information on a company; consequently about 100-120 most promising companies interested in collaboration are selected to file the registration form for the event. After the forms are picked up the nominal invitation cards are delivered to the companies offices.
Organizational work
IMC Moscow provides the presentation area selection and booking, special equipment rent, buffet and coffee brakes, translation service, transfer and car transportation and so on.
- Working with mass media
IMC Moscow prepares a list of mass media companies, writes press release and delivers it to mass media structures, makes “second contact” to insure the presence of mass media representatives at the presentation, sends out press releases post event, controls information release.
