The present business - plan is the description of the commercial project on the organization of ultramodern клинико-diagnostic laboratory. The laboratory is focused on researches of blood and other biological material. Within the framework of the project work with "initiative" researches is supposed (independently paid analyses physical persons), they will be the basic clients of business. Except for that it is supposed, that the projected laboratory will work with medical institutions (hospitals, polyclinics and so forth). Also within the framework of the project work with corporate clients - the enterprises and the organizations which will carry out(spend) regular medical inspections of the employees is supposed. During work on drawing up of the business - plan marketing research of the market of paid diagnostics in Russia and in Moscow in particular was carried out(spent), consumers of paid researches are segmented. Studying of the market was carried out(spent) by means of "room" research, expert interviews to participants of the market. At drawing up of the business - plan were used: 1) the information from open sources and 2) results of the research of the market of paid laboratory researches carried out(spent) by company " SYNOPSIS ". By results of marketing research it is possible to draw a conclusion, that the market of paid laboratory services is fast-growing in the general(common) medical market. As the backlog demand on services of modern laboratory, both in Moscow, and in regions is marked. The present project provides opening laboratory where the fence of a biological material and his(its) research on the modern equipment will be made, on more than 700 parameters. The ultramodern equipment which is submitted in the present business - plan in part or completely excludes manual skills, thus, considerably reduces interest of mistakes that does(makes) business by more effective.
