Technology. The procedure assignments:
Target audience presence confirmation (as rule confirming presence of potential business partners)
A database of potential partners is prepared (about 500-1000 companies) and then telemarketing is performed when special application forms are being filled in order to acquire information on a company; consequently about 100-120 most promising companies interested in collaboration are selected to file the registration form for the event. After the forms are picked up the nominal invitation cards are delivered to the companies offices.

Working with mass media
