The description

The building market of Saint Petersburg is one of the largest and dynamically developing markets of Russia – the city takes the third place among regions (subjects of Federation) on volumes of housing construction, has high rates of development of a segment of the commercial real estate. Despite of a plenty of the new objects entered into last years, in the market till now exists deficiency (as in a segment of inhabited, and the commercial real estate), that conducts to a continuous rise in prices on the real estate. High profitableness and fast times of recovery of outlay (is higher, than in the European countries) involve the increasing number of new players, including foreign investors on the market.

The purpose of research. To describe a condition, dynamics(changes) and prospects of development of the market of the real estate of Saint Petersburg on each of segments: housing, office, trading and hotel real estate.
