The description

The Ural federal district last three years has secured the status of territory with the most intensive development of the initial market of habitation, showing rather high rates of development of the market (is much higher srednerossijjskikh). In June, 2007 the research company " Business Port " has prepared a series of the analytical reports estimating development of the housing market on each of federal districts of Russia. The report " the Housing market of the Ural federal district " is one of researches of the given series, including an estimation of a situation in housing market UFO and regions included in him(it).

Circle of interested persons. The information submitted in the report can be of interest for the following groups of users:
  • The building companies;
  • Potential investors in the given sector of the market;
  • Manufacturers of building materials;
  • Riehlterov;
  • The persons, going(gathering) to get habitation in the initial market;

Object of research is the situation in the housing market.

Region of research – the Ural federal district.

The purpose of research: to analyse development of a situation in the housing market of the Ural federal district and regions included in him(it).

Primary goals of Research:
  1. To estimate a situation in the market of housing construction in regions UFO and its(her) dynamics(changes) for last 17 years (with 1990 on 2007);
  2. To characterize changes in the market of housing construction in regions UFO within 2007 (since January till April);
  3. To estimate dynamics(changes) and a price level in the initial and secondary market of habitation in regions UFO of Russia for last 5 years, to characterize the reasons of a rise in prices in the market of inhabited of the real estate;
  4. To characterize quarterly dynamics(changes) of the prices for habitation in regions of the Ural federal district for last 5 years (with 2002 on 2006);
  5. To estimate capacity of the initial market of habitation of district and regions included in him(it);
  6. To estimate the importance of each region in formation of the market of habitation;
  7. To carry out the comparative characteristic of development of the housing market in separate regions UFO.

Technique of Research. For the decision of tasks in view the analysis of an existing situation and tendencies of its(her) change in the period with 1990 on 2007 was carried out(spent).

Volume and structure of the report. The analytical report on research consists of 7 sections in total amount of 50 pages; the report is illustrated with 28 diagrams; 35 tables.

April, 21, 2010 at 10-00 in a round hall of Administration of the Tver area (Tver, street. Soviet, д. 23) Inter-regional scientific - practical conference " Marketing of territories was held: modern experience of promotion of municipalities and regions ".
As organizers of conference have acted ММЦ "Tver" and the Tver Regional Resource Centre at support of Administration of the Tver area, International association " system MMTS ".
In conference have taken part more than 100 person: representatives Moscow and regional authorities, the chapter of municipal formations(educations), the director 17-ти the regional centres of System MMTS and representatives of conducting marketing agencies of Russia, representatives of enterprise associations and business - communities, and also heads of the enterprises of the Tver area.
