The description

The building market of Saint Petersburg is one of the largest and dynamically developing markets of Russia – the city takes the third place among regions (subjects of Federation) on volumes of housing construction, has high rates of development of a segment of the commercial real estate. Despite of a plenty of the new objects entered into last years, in the market till now there is a deficiency that conducts to a continuous rise in prices on the real estate. High profitableness (is higher, than in the European countries) involve on the market the increasing number of new players, including foreign investors.

In connection with the increased interest of participants of the market to reception of the information on a condition and tendencies of development of the market of housing construction of Saint Petersburg in October, 2007 the research company " Business Port " has lead(carried out) initiative research of the housing building market of Saint Petersburg. The given research represents wider sight on a situation in the market of habitation and housing construction in one of the largest megacities of Russia.

April, 21, 2010 at 10-00 in a round hall of Administration of the Tver area (Tver, street. Soviet, д. 23) Inter-regional scientific - practical conference " Marketing of territories was held: modern experience of promotion of municipalities and regions ".
As organizers of conference have acted ММЦ "Tver" and the Tver Regional Resource Centre at support of Administration of the Tver area, International association " system MMTS ".
In conference have taken part more than 100 person: representatives Moscow and regional authorities, the chapter of municipal formations(educations), the director 17-ти the regional centres of System MMTS and representatives of conducting marketing agencies of Russia, representatives of enterprise associations and business - communities, and also heads of the enterprises of the Tver area.
